Job summary

Foregroundllc is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across the UAE and neighbouring markets. This role defines sales strategy, manages senior sales teams and drives pipeline development to secure long-term contracts.

The successful candidate will build key accounts, support pricing, forecasting, and CRM discipline, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to accelerate growth in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B sales leadership experience in services, platforms or technology-driven businesses.
• Experience selling to enterprise and government cycles is essential.
• Experience in UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Demonstrates commercial ownership, leadership capability and strong negotiation skills.
