Job summary

Dextra Group in Dubai seeks a Sales & Business Development professional with 5+ years in building materials to grow the project pipeline and win new business across the UAE and GCC.

You will present solutions to consultants and contractors, coordinate with logistics and production, maintain client relationships, and report on progress weekly. Mandarin Chinese is required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in civil Engineer or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials.
• Proven experience managing projects in the UAE and GCC region.
• Experience working with Chinese clients or suppliers (preferred).
• Mandarin Chinese – Required,
• English – Excellent proficiency

Responsibilities

• Identify and track projects with strong sales potential and maintain pipeline monthly.
• Conduct technical sales presentations to consultants and contractors.
• Gather client requirements and recommend solutions with clear value propositions.
• Prepare sales quotations in line with pricing policies; seek final approval from Line Manager.
• Report weekly on sales activities, project status, and achieved milestones.
• Coordinate internally with logistics, technical, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project timelines, client approvals, and technical documentation.
