Job summary

Knauf GCC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain while supporting GCC markets from the UAE base. You will develop and execute sales strategies, match technical solutions to customer needs, and build lasting relationships with clients and dealers.

The ideal candidate has strong technical sales background, GCC travel readiness, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or related field.
Construction industry experience, preferably drywall.
Technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel across the GCC, specifically to Kuwait and Bahrain (20–25%).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a high level of energy.
Arabic language would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Use technical knowledge to identify customer requirements, provide product demonstrations, and make recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across offices and projects to drive repeat business.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report key metrics to management.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors; pursue professional development.
