VHR Global Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our GCC presence in white-collar construction recruitment across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. The role focuses on securing new business and managing key client relationships.

You will leverage an established regional network, contribute to growth, and work with internal teams to fulfil client requirements while representing VHR at industry events and meetings across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction recruitment business development
• Established network of decision-makers within UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, or wider GCC
• Strong understanding of regional construction market and projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Previous recruitment agency experience essential

Responsibilities

• Lead business development across GCC within the white-collar construction recruitment space
• Utilise existing relationships with main contractors, developers, project management consultancies, and engineering firms to secure new business
• Work with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements
• Build and manage a pipeline of key accounts, with responsibility for growth and long-term client relationships
• Keep up to date with regional construction projects, market activity, and client hiring needs
• Represent VHR at industry events and client meetings across the region
• Support leadership with input on market trends
