Job summary

INGOT in Dubai seeks a Sales Manager Senior BDM Team Leader to drive revenue growth by building and mentoring a high-performing sales force in the FX and CFDs market. You will develop strategic plans, coach the team, forecast sales, and expand portfolios while aligning with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/business degree (MBA is a plus) with at least 5 years in sales and BD in FX/CFD, proven leadership, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills to forge lasting

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in sales and business development within FX/ CFDs industry
At least 2 years managing a sales/BD team
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM software and sales tools

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a BD team to grow own sales portfolios
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve targets and forecast profits
Provide hands-on guidance to improve team performance
Recruit, train and develop relationship management staff
Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and promotions
Drive new business development and translate strategies into profitable ventures
Monitor lead and pipeline data for quality and insights
