Job summary

INGOT is seeking a Sales Manager / Senior BDM / BD Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team focused on driving revenue growth through strategic sales plans and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a solid background in financial markets and a results-driven mindset.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor the BD team, develop plans to reach targets, and collaborate with other departments to create competitive offerings and promotions. Dubai-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; MBA or similar is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within FX/CFDs with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BD Team Leader, building and growing your own sales portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of BDMs, providing support and resources to excel.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to hit sales targets and forecast revenue.
• Recruit, train and develop the relationship management team and align with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to craft effective strategies, offerings and promotions.
• Innovate new business development strategies and translate them into profitable ventures.
• Ensure alignment with sales and other departments for a closed loop on leads and opportunities.
• Monitor lead and pipeline data to validate quality and derive insights.
