Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FX and CFDs industry with at least 2 years in managing a sales/BD team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BD team, cultivating and bringing in your own sales portfolios.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to devise effective strategies, offerings, and promotions.
• Monitor lead and pipeline data to ensure quality and provide insights for improvement.
