Job summary

INGOT is seeking a results-driven BD Team Leader in Dubai to drive revenue growth by leading a sales team, developing strategies, and strengthening client relationships in the FX/CFDs space.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid background in financial markets, and hands-on guidance to brokers and relationship managers. Hybrid work with 9–18 hours, competitive compensation, and a dynamic, ethical culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in sales/BD in FX/ CFDs with 2+ years leading a team.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BD team to cultivate and grow sales portfolios.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet targets and forecast sales/profits.
• Provide hands-on guidance to enhance team performance and results.
• Recruit, train and develop the relationship management team.
• Collaborate with other departments on strategies, offerings and promotions.
• Drive new business development and explore profitable ventures.
• Monitor lead/pipeline data to ensure data quality and insights.
