Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure a diverse workforce by promoting gender and nationality diversity.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate with the IT team for new joiners.
