Job summary

A local consultancy firm in Ras Al Khaimah is hiring a Design Engineer specializing in fuel systems and industrial fabrication. Candidates should have 3-4 years of relevant experience, specifically in fuel skids and piping systems. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. The role involves preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and coordinating with various teams to realize cost-efficient solutions. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant design experience in fuel skids, tanks, refueling equipment, piping & mechanical systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Experience in industrial fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, piping layouts, and 3D models.
• Design pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems as per API, ASME, ADNOC & UAE standards.
• Develop technical documentation, design calculations, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with project, production, and procurement teams for cost-efficient designs.
• Conduct site surveys and manage drawing revisions.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards.

Skills

Design experience in fuel skids, tanks, and refueling equipment

Strong command of AutoCAD

Strong command of SolidWorks / CREO / Inventor / STAAD.PRO

Understanding of pressure vessel & piping design codes (API, ASME)

Strong detailing, documentation, and problem-solving skills
