Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager - Front Services to oversee Bell Services, Transportation and Valet operations at The Royal resort in Dubai. You will lead the Front Services team, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, safety and operational efficiency across driveways, bell desk and valet areas.

You will collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering to deliver seamless guest arrivals and departures, while maintaining Forbes and Atlantis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related discipline.
2–3 years in Front Services, Bell Services, Transportation, Valet or driveway ops.
Experience in luxury hotel/resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee Bell Services, Transportation and Valet operations with focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
Ensure efficient, professional and well-organized operations across driveways and parking areas.
Coordinate Front Services with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Transportation and Engineering for seamless guest experience.
Provide leadership and support to the Front Services team and uphold Forbes and Atlantis service standards.
