Atlantis The Royal is seeking an Assistant Manager in Front Services to uphold the highest 5-star standards for guests and colleagues. You will oversee Bell Services and Transportation, ensuring efficient driveways and professional vehicle movement, while coordinating with Front Desk and other departments to deliver flawless arrivals and in-house experiences.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and 2–3 years in a similar luxury hotel setting, with a focus on hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar luxury hotel or resort role.
• Ability to motivate the team and promote a healthy team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Services and Bell Services to ensure efficiency and 5-star service.
• Coordinate Front Desk with Front Services, Housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest arrivals and departures.
• Ensure driveways/parking operate safely, efficiently, and professionally.
