Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an Assistant Manager, Front Services, to lead and elevate guest service across Front Office, Bell Services and Transportation. You will supervise daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless arrivals, departures and in-house experiences to the highest standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Housekeeping and other departments to maintainluxury guest satisfaction and consistent service excellence in a world-class resort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Demonstrates high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Services and Bell Services to ensure 5-star standards.
• Coordinate Front Desk with Front Services, Housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure efficient, safe and organized vehicle movement in driveways/parking areas.
