Job summary

Jumeirah is seeking experienced Guest Services Executives, Guest Relations Executives, and Front Office Leaders to join our Rooms Division team at the beachfront properties in Dubai, starting September 2026. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in luxury hospitality and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves greeting guests, resolving complaints, and collaborating with hotel teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
• Experience in resolving guest issues and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and learn their names.
• Handle complex guest issues and strives for satisfactory resolutions.
• Accurately enter guest check-in/out details in the system.
• Solicit and review guest feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
