Qualifications

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
Strong communication and guest interaction skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards across dining, reception and concierge areas.
Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries, special requests and service requirements.
Support daily operations within the assigned department and coordinate with colleagues and other departments.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation in guest-facing areas.
Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promoting teamwork.
