Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai invites applications for a Front Desk Manager to lead the front office team within a luxury five-star resort on Palm Jumeirah. You will oversee guest services, optimize Opera system usage, and align selling and rate strategies with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Rooms Division at luxury brands, a Bachelor's in Hospitality, strong leadership, problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Rooms Division at five-star luxury brands.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Strong problem solving, detail orientation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and empowers front desk colleagues to maintain high morale, productivity, and service standards.
• Oversees Opera system accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to selling and rate management strategies.
• Monitors guest satisfaction and implements actions to continually enhance service quality.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, performance appraisals, and SOP updates.
• Collaborates across departments to meet guest needs and budgets.
