Job summary

Atlantis The Royal Dubai is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to manage daily lobby and reception operations in a luxury resort environment on Palm Jumeirah. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating with teams, and ensuring exceptional guest services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
• Exposure to housekeeping coordination and front office systems.
• Strong leadership and team supervision capability.

• Clear communication skills and structured operational approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front office and lobby operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise reception staff to ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Call Center teams for real-time room status updates.
• Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and special requests to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and provide structured service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines.
• Support team briefings and maintain performance oversight across shifts.
• Maintain professional and efficient guest engagement at all times.
