Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Hospitality or related discipline preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork across departments.
• Delegate tasks, empower, and coach colleagues and managers to achieve results.
• Oversee the Opera system, ensure profile/reservation accuracy and selling strategy alignment.
• Analyze guest satisfaction and implement service-improvement actions.
• Handle guest complaints per company standards and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Sales and Housekeeping to meet guest needs.
• Lead 24-hour coverage, train staff, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
