The role covers room inspections, VIP arrivals, overbooking management, guest complaints resolution, and close collaboration with Guest Services and other departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years in luxury hospitality front office or guest services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Opera (Cloud) and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Front Office operations to align with service standards.
• Conduct room inspections to assess availability and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate activities within designated areas to improve cross-functional cooperation.
• Manage bookings and handle overbooking situations when necessary.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and departures, guiding Guest Services teams.
• Monitor staff appearance and behavior to uphold professional standards.
• Maintain product and service knowledge within the department.
• Address guest complaints and coordinate corrective actions to ensure seamless guest services.
