Madinat Jumeirah is seeking a Duty Manager to lead overnight Front Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction across the resort’s four hotels. The role requires strong leadership, a background in Rooms Division at luxury brands, and fluent English.

You will supervise overnight staff, manage overbooking and guest visas, document incidents, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience and uphold Jumeirah’s renowned hospitality standards.

Formación

• 1-3 years’ experience in Rooms Division at five-star luxury brands.
• Leadership experience of minimum two years in Front Office Department
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University
• Excellent Opera Knowledge (Front Office Applications)
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Resort's management representative during overnight hours, ensuring smooth Front Office operations and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and ensure adherence to all Front Office policies and procedures by overnight staff
• Record relevant details of any major incident and important information in the guest feedback report
• Handle overbooking situations, emergency guest visas, and maintain lobby cleanliness in coordination with relevant departments
• Support Team Leaders with tasks like group check-ins and registration card checks
• Document major incidents, review guest data input standards, and report issues to the Assistant Front Office Manager for continuous improvement
