Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front desk staff to maintain high service standards
  • Manage guest/client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Train new front desk employees and conduct performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
