Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai seeks an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead the Rooms Controller function within the Front Office. You will allocate rooms, coordinate VIP arrivals, and ensure personalized guest experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years in Front Office or Rooms Division, strong English communication, and proficiency with Opera PMS and HotSOS. We offer a dynamic luxury-hospitality work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ front office or rooms division experience.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, HotSOS, and MS Office.
• Strong multitasking, communication and guest-service skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Allocate rooms as Rooms Controller to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate pre-arrival VIPs and special requests with Housekeeping and departments.
• Ensure personalized guest experiences; manage room moves and VIP amenities.
• Act as liaison between Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Reservations for smooth operations.
• Use PMS and forecasting tools for accurate room management and reporting.
