Job summary

Marriott International in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional to handle guest check-ins, payments, room assignments, and key issuance at a luxury property. You will ensure accurate guest accounts, record rewards information, and support guest requests with professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key.
• Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Balance and drop receipts; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Supply guests with directions and property information; accommodate guest requests and follow up.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; uphold policy and safety procedures.
