Job summary

You will balance cash, prepare daily reports, assist guests with requests, and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to deliver authentic, personalized service while maintaining Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and form of payment, assigning room and issuing keys.
• Balance and drop receipts; prepare daily reports/logs.
• Assist guests with requests and coordinate with staff to meet needs; follow safety and company policies.
