Responsibilities

• Sign in arriving guests and check out departing guests in a friendly, caring manner.
• Register visitors on arrival and assign rooms when needed.
• Assist guests with enrollment cards and special requests.
• Process guest payments and handle billing or currency exchange as needed.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping and monitor late check-outs or early check-ins.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information or escalate to appropriate staff.
