Job summary

Aloft Abu Dhabi is hiring for a Front Office role focused on guest experience and seamless check-ins. You will verify guest identities, manage payments, assign rooms, and issue keys while ensuring accuracy of accounts and daily records.

You will support management with training, coaching, and maintaining positive team relations, while upholding safety, confidentiality, and professional service standards to deliver exceptional guest stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity, form of payment, assign room, and issue room key.
• Balance cash, prepare daily reports, and secure bank at shift start/end.
• Assist management in training staff and maintaining positive team relationships.
• Provide directions, accommodate guest requests, and follow safety procedures.
