Job summary

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with additional languages a plus. A relevant degree or diploma is expected, and prior hotel experience is preferred to deliver personalized service and drive guest loyalty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle reception check-in/check-out, cashiering, foreign exchange and guest inquiries.
• Welcomes guests and ensures they are cared for from arrival through departure.
• Maintain cashier float and accurate daily money reports.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through high-quality service throughout the stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Keep front desk area clean and orderly at all times.
