Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding front desk service in Abu Dhabi. You will welcome guests, oversee check-in and check-out, handle cashiering, and assist with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, experience with Opera or a related system is preferred, and a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is expected. This on-site role supports Accor’s hospitality standards and guest experience.

• Experience with Opera or a related system.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and guides them from arrival to departure.
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received.
• Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
• Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through sales efforts.
• Helps encourage guest loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships.
• Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations.
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
• Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through.
• Ensure front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times.
