Rotana is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering professional, guest-centric service to ensure memorable stays from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests, manage in-room familiarization, answer queries, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local services and hotel operations, while upholding privacy and policies in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Greet guests by name when possible and escort to their room.
• Handle front desk cashiering and incidentals with accuracy.
• Respond to guest inquiries with up-to-date local information and services.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and events.
• Maintain guest privacy and adhere to hotel policies and standards.
