Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure and ensure a smooth front office experience. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries while coordinating with housekeeping to resolve issues and maintain records.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front desk or guest service experience, proficiency with Opera and standard office software, and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or guest service experience.
• Professional English proficiency, with strong communication skills in a guest-facing environment.
• Experience resolving guest complaints directly with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, personalized service throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest account inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and service recovery needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Promote hotel services and maintain accurate guest records and communications.
