Rotana is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent in Dubai to deliver professional, customer-focused service from arrival to departure. You will greet guests by name, escort them to rooms, and assist with inquiries while maintaining a strong knowledge of hotel information and local services.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality Management degree, demonstrates fluency in English and Russian, and is proficient in Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management and prior Front Office experience in a hotel.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Greet guests by name where known and escort to rooms to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries related to facilities, activities and local services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, hours, promotions, events and attractions.
• Handle Front Desk cashiering procedures and ensure accurate posting of incidental charges.
