Job summary

voco Dubai Palm is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a warm, ’Come on in’ greeting and seamless service for guests. You will manage check-in/out, handle requests, and coordinate with other hotel teams to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of Front Desk experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Russian. This on-site role requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Front Desk experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Russian language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking-in/checking-out guests at the Front Desk.
• Handle guest requests, queries and messages promptly.
• Maintain a tranquil reception area and secure key control.
• Review reservations and ensure room availability and blocks are managed.
• Coordinate mail and packages for guests as needed.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve any issues.
