Job summary

Rotana Hotels is looking for a dynamic Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service from arrival through departure, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests. You will greet guests by name wherever possible and guide them to their rooms, enhancing their welcome.

You will handle check-in/check-out, manage inquiries, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel and local services. Strong English skills and hospitality education are essential, with Opera experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality degree required or equivalent in hospitality field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language a plus.
• Experience with Opera front-office systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to guests from arrival to departure.
• Greet guests by name when possible and escort to rooms to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with hotel activity inquiries and local information.
