We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Franchise QA Supervisor ensures the company’s products and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and also ensures that franchise locations comply with INDPT quality standards and operational procedures. This role involves supervising the compliance team, conducting audits (of franchisees), developing quality assurance policies, and collaborating with departments to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Role Summary
The Freelance Fitness & Lifestyle Activation Specialist is an independent contractor responsible for the on-the-ground execution and seamless delivery of pre-arranged "SALT Rise" fitness and community events within designated local markets. This role requires a highly reliable, personable fitness professional who can manage event logistics, ensure brand representation, and act as the key liaison between SALT, the partner organization (running clubs, yoga studios), and the local SALT store Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Site Event Management & Logistics
- Flawless Execution: Execute all pre-planned "SALT Rise" activation events (e.g., morning yoga sessions, run club meet-ups) according to the brief and schedule provided by the central Brand Activation Manager.
- Setup & Teardown: Manage the setup of any temporary branding, check-in stations, and product sampling/gifting areas, and ensure all materials are efficiently packed up post-event.
- Time Management: Ensure all activities start and end precisely on time, respecting both the partner's schedule and the SALT store's operating hours.
2. Operational & Partner Liaison
- Internal Communication: Act as the single point of contact with the local SALT store's Operations Team (Store Manager/Supervisor) before and during the event. Clearly communicate expected group size, required setup needs (e.g., parking, counter flow, early access), and any potential operational impacts.
- Partner Relationship: Greet and manage the partner organization (e.g., fitness instructor, club leader), ensuring they have everything required to run their activity smoothly and integrating the SALT brand messaging organically.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of engagement and positive experience for all participants, directing foot traffic efficiently to the "Rise" menu offering post-activity.
3. Brand Representation & Reporting
- Brand Ambassador: Serve as the energetic, authentic face of the "SALT Rise" brand during the event. Engage with participants, encourage social sharing (UGC), and reinforce the lifestyle message.
- Data Collection: Oversee the collection of crucial data points (e.g., checking in attendees, distributing and tracking unique redemption codes/vouchers for the "Rise" menu).
- Post-Event Reporting: Provide a concise, timely Post-Event Report to the central Brand Activation Manager within 24 hours. This report must detail:
- Attendance: Final verified participant count.
- Redemption: Number of unique codes/vouchers redeemed for the "Rise" menu.
- Qualitative Feedback: Observations on operational flow, participant mood, and partner feedback.
- Visual Assets: Submission of clear photos/videos of the activation for central marketing use.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in fitness instruction, event hosting, community management, or brand ambassadorship. Experience in a retail or F&B setting is a plus.
- Personal Passion: Must be an active fitness enthusiast (e.g., certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, frequent runner/cyclist) whose passion for wellness is authentic and visible.
- Network (Preferred): Possesses some established connections within local fitness clubs or groups in the designated area.
- Skills: Exceptionally organized, reliable, punctual, and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills. Must be proactive and capable of troubleshooting minor on-site issues independently.
- Availability: Must have flexible availability, often including very early mornings and occasional weekend hours, dictated by activation schedules.
