The opportunity

We’re hiring an HealthcareFP&A Analyst / Manager (level matched to experience) to partner closely with Finance and Operations, bringing rigorous analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support to the HealthHub business.

What you’ll do
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Build and iterate driver‑based budgets and rolling forecasts (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) with clear assumptions.
  • Performance Management: Track actuals vs plan, deliver variance analysis with actionable insights, and recommend corrective measures to business leaders.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Model new services, clinic openings, partnerships, and M&A scenarios; assess ROI, payback, sensitivities.
  • Decision Support: Translate financial data into concise recommendations and executive‑ready materials (decks, KPI dashboards).
  • Planning Processes & Tools: Contribute to continuous improvement of our planning cadence, governance and tooling (e.g., Anaplan/SAP/Power BI).
What you’ll bring (must‑haves)
  • Healthcare experience (essential): Proven experience working in a healthcare setting e.g., provider/clinic network, hospital group, payer/insurer, or healthcare services—supporting operational and clinical finance (patient volumes, payer mix, revenue cycle drivers, service line profitability).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certification (CFA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • For Analyst: ~2–4 years in FP&A/corporate finance/transaction advisory.
  • For Manager: ~5–8+ years with strong business partnering and stakeholder leadership.
  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis; strong Excel and BI (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Clear, concise communication—able to distill complex analysis for senior leaders.
  • Multi‑site healthcare operations, clinic launches, capacity planning, utilization, unit economics.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, and healthcare KPIs (e.g., volumes, case mix, revenue cycle metrics).
