Food & Beverage Coordinator (Emiratisation Program) — Shangri-La Group, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Traders Hotel Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi offers 301 stylish guestrooms and suites including 80 exclusive Traders Club rooms. The hotel combines contemporary comfort with warm design and is located within the Qaryat Al Beri complex alongside Shangri-La properties CHI The Spa and the Souk.

As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will support the administrative and operational coordination of all F&B outlets and banquet operations. You will assist in maintaining service standards, reporting, and departmental communication, and develop core hospitality and leadership skills for long-term career progression within F&B management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for F&B outlets including schedules, attendance, and training records.
  • Maintain operational reports, service trackers, and compliance documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new F&B colleagues.
  • Act as a liaison between F&B Operations, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Assist with departmental projects, audits, and service improvement initiatives.
