Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable flower combinations.
• Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design, and create arrangements for all events.
• Ensure all floral arrangements remain within the allocated budget.
• Create visually appealing and high-quality flower arrangements.
• Provide flower suggestions based on specific occasions.
• Carefully arrange attractive bouquets for customer purchase.
• Package clients’ flowers securely to prevent damage.
• Instruct clients on proper transportation and flower care.
• Stay updated on current design trends, floral techniques, props, and related products.
• Assist with e-commerce activities and respond to client queries.
• Maintain photos of all floral arrangements for use as samples or catalogues.
• Check flower inventory and monitor the wastage sheet.
• Support the Customer Service team when needed.
• Visit retail shops to ensure operations are carried out appropriately and cost‑effective
• Provide daily updates to the direct supervisor/manager regarding challenges or concerns.
