You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and freshness of our flower inventory, overseeing the design and layout of our flower shop, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom floral arrangements based on client requests
• Maintain the quality and freshness of flower inventory
• Oversee the design and layout of the flower shop
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Keep up with current trends in floristry and incorporate them into designs
• Manage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Assist with pricing, ordering, and restocking flowers as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and appropriate usage in arrangements
• Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively
• Experience with order management systems is preferred
