Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth customer experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing and guiding team members, maintaining service standards, addressing customer queries and concerns, and assisting with sales and staff training. The role also involves overseeing the visual presentation of the establishment and ensuring staff adhere to SEVA’s values of mindfulness and conscious living.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions with customers and the team
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster a positive and welcoming environment
• Experience in training and coaching team members to enhance performance and service quality
• Proven sales experience and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
• Leadership abilities and organization skills to ensure operational excellence and team collaboration
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a customer-facing setting in hospitality or F&B
• A passion for leading mindfully and cultivating harmonious work environments
• Knowledge or interest in holistic wellness and sustainable lifestyle practices is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
