Our client is a leading conglomerate based in Ajman, with interests in Real Estate Development, Management, Holding, Construction, Retail, Hospitality, Tours and Travel, Private equity, & Facility management.

They are currently seeking a dynamic Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, account management, and commercial leasing & sales. Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller will oversee the finance teams of various subsidiary companies within the conglomerate. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and implement credit control measures.
• Develop and maintain management information systems.
• Manage and optimize Oracle ERP usage.
• Supervise and mentor finance teams.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in accounting.
• Provide financial insights for leasing and sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
• CA, ACCA certification is mandatory.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in real estate finance.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and ERP (Oracle) proficiency.
