Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Finance Manager – Cash Point Operations – Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Team Leadership & Process Oversight

  • Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to Cash Control Associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Cash Point Operations, including Bulk Cash Recycling Machines (BCRM) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM).
  • Mentor, train, and assess team performance to maintain operational accuracy and integrity.
  • Plan and distribute petty cash and float requirements across all locations to support business continuity.
  • Maintain secure records of all physical and digital financial transactions in line with audit requirements.

Cash Operations Management

  • Ensure secure storage, transfer, and deposit of cash, adhering to internal control standards.
  • Develop and enforce financial control procedures to minimize risk of theft, loss, or fraud.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, payment aggregators, and service providers for seamless cash and digital transaction operations.
  • Review credit card and digital transactions performed by Cash control and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Review, validate, and provide insights from daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including:
    • Cashier Reconciliation Reports
    • Daily and Weekly Sales Reports (DSR)
    • Third-Party Revenue Share Reports
    • Promotions, Discounts, and Complimentary Booking Reports
  • Monitor BOT-generated reports and ensure data integrity through manual checks when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, Treasury, Finance, and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve cash processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CPA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience in cash operations, finance, or revenue control, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, POS systems (Vista, VGS, EMBEDD, Symphony), BCRM/CDM machines, and reconciliation tools.
  • Familiarity with payment aggregators, credit card processing, and treasury operations.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
