Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Dubai seeks a civil engineer with 3-5 years of experience in facilities management and operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and strong skills in project and maintenance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job description
Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.

Facilities Management and Landscaping field Inspection is preferred.

Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of previous experience in FM Industry, experience in monitoring contracts’ performance and building Inspection and Landscaping/civil works similar field.
  • Experience in operations and maintenance, monitoring of assets condition and reports on non-compliances.
  • Progress/Technical writing, reporting and correspondence as per standards.
  • Experience in Landscaping (mainly preparation of scope, managing projects, reviewing design, managed AMC, managing quality of services etc.).
  • Experience in civil related works (mainly building look and feel enhancement, understanding the needs, understanding the SLA, developing scope for civil related to enhancement project etc.).
  • Building facilities management experiences as well.
