Job summary

A renowned hospitality operator in Dubai is seeking a Purchasing & Cost Controller to oversee stock management and cost control activities. You will manage inventory records, conduct stock checks, and work closely with finance on cost reporting. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, proven Oracle proficiency, and strong communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to enhance operational efficiencies within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within hospitality and F&B environments.
• Proficient using Oracle with advanced Excel skills and full Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
• Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support stock management and cost control activities.
• Verify and submit approved delivery notes to the Accounts Department.
• Conduct weekly food and beverage stock checks.
• Perform daily and end-of-month stock takes.
• Work on weekly food and beverage cost reporting.
• Source products at the best prices without compromising quality.
• Track price changes for perishables and inform kitchen teams.
