Job summary

A luxury hospitality establishment in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Food & Beverage Administrator to coordinate administrative tasks and provide support within the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a university degree or vocational training, over 12 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in line operations management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative tasks within the Food & Beverage team.
  • Maintain high customer service focus and resolve issues.
  • Prepare supervisors' files and maintain attendance records.
  • Handle inquiries related to public holidays and medical records.
  • Communicate with guests and suppliers of the hotel.
