Job summary

A construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced executive support professional to provide high-level administrative and organizational assistance to senior leadership. The role requires at least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in the construction sector. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration and fluency in English; Arabic skills are a plus. The salary range is between 10,000 and 15,000 AED, alongside benefits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives in construction/engineering/corporate sectors.
  • UAE or GCC work experience preferred.
  • Exposure to board-level governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and international travel logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, board packs, presentations, reports, and briefing notes.
  • Coordinate board committee affairs — minutes, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as primary liaison with internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external partners.
  • Maintain secure document-control systems for contracts and corporate records.
  • Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of executive directives.
  • Support procurement, HR, and legal with correspondence and statutory filings.
  • Organize VIP visits, project tours, events, and stakeholder engagements.
