About the role

This role supports the Director of Sales by managing administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales office. Responsibilities include preparing reports, completing forms, organizing workflows, tracking pending projects, and performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales. This position plays a vital role in supporting the sales team through administration, reporting, and the distribution of new enquiries.

About you

Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, use initiative, and handle sensitive and complex situations with professionalism. The role requires a self-motivated and career-driven individual with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, with a second language considered an advantage. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel. Flexibility to attend regular meetings and work adaptable hours is also required.
