About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive - Learning & Development to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee all property Learning & Development administrative activities, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation of training programs and learning events.
  • Support the execution of L&D initiatives across departments, assist with property or department‑specific training needs, and ensure effective learning service delivery.
  • Manage and update Oracle Tahweel, Axonify, and other learning systems; handle functional requests, create property‑specific courses, and track all training activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and report training data; support Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit processes to drive continuous improvement and action planning.
  • Represent L&D in internal and external meetings, maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues, and manage external training vendors and contracts.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, HSE and grooming standards, and L&D SOPs; stay updated on learning trends and best practices to enhance training programs.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar administrative or training coordination role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data management tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail. Demonstrates a proactive, collaborative, and service‑oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required.
