Overview

Executive Chef in Musaffah, UAE. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for our restaurant in Musaffah. The position requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a team environment and is committed to delivering the highest quality of food to our customers. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of both traditional and innovative cooking methods and techniques, as well as a proven track record of success. An Executive Chef must be able to lead, motivate and inspire their team to create unique dining experiences for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent problem solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure adherence to health regulations.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and develop new dishes or menus on an ongoing basis.
  • Evaluate staff performance, delegate tasks appropriately and provide direction when necessary.
Qualifications
