We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are met. We offer a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all culinary operations including menu planning, food preparation, kitchen staff management, budgeting and ordering supplies
• Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety regulations are maintained throughout the kitchen
• Create new dishes to keep up with trends and customer demand while maintaining profitability goals
• Lead a team of chefs, providing them with support and guidance while motivating them to excel in their roles

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years professional experience as a chef in a restaurant setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Knowledgeable about current food trends & global cuisine techniques • Creativity when it comes to developing new dishes • Ability to remain calm under pressure
