Description

Role : Executive Assistant

Location : DIFC - Dubai
Role Purpose:
Supporting the senior management and staff of ADIB Capital on various admin functions including: calendar organization coordinating meetings coordinating with IT support and Vendor Management arranging supplies for the office maintaining filing and other related functions as described below.

Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Filing of work-related documentation
  • Filing of expenses
  • Managing DIFC portal
  • Office-related admin: stationary liaising with IT deliveries coordinating with facilities management etc
  • Sending & receiving docs for signatures (fund docs contracts with service providers etc)
  • Preparing client presentations (printing / binding etc)
  • Receiving phone calls
  • Arranging meetings
  • Coordinating with building maintenance for repairs
  • Receive visitors at reception
  • Process orders on SAP Ariba / Coordinate with VMCP
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Work experience in similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
  • Experience in admin functions (ideally in a DIFC entity)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
